FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), the world's largest business Career and Technical Student Organization, annually assists over 230,000 members in gearing up for business careers. Their mission is to inspire and equip students as community-focused business leaders worldwide by offering pertinent career readiness and leadership opportunities.

As a National Board of Director, Brandon Griffin has supported the following:

Strategic Plan and Diversity Focus
Brandon played a pivotal role in crafting FBLA's 2023-2026 strategic plan, emphasizing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) as a core value. His advocacy led to the establishment of the Diversity Advisory Council, ensuring inclusivity across FBLA's initiatives.

Leadership Development and Efficiency Optimization
Brandon provided council in the creation of a robust performance evaluation process for the CEO, promoting effective leadership assessment. Brandon also participated in the decision making processes for optimizing office space and long-term cost savings through the strategic sale of the national headquarters building.

Data Strategy and Innovation Workshops
Brandon introduced motions focused on advancing FBLA's data strategy for revenue growth and championed the adoption of a new operational database. He also conducted insightful workshops at national conferences, guiding students on becoming corporate change agents and navigating AI-impacted career paths.

Partnerships and Alumni Engagement
He fostered collaborative sponsorships between USA TODAY NETWORK and FBLA, while leading the establishment of the Alumni and Professional Network Advisory Council, engaging over 7,000 alumni through interactive sessions and newsletters.

Brandon Griffin is an active member of various committees, including Governance, Alumni/Business & Industry Professional, and Diversity & Inclusion.
